Homework: Write a Roman Numeral Format Outline for your paper responding to the prompt: Analyze Dr. Martin Luther King’s speech “ I have been to the Mountaintop”. A review of how to outline a paper is in the “Outlining a paper” folder in the 10^th grade box on the main page of the blog. Go to LACER to have your outline reviewed if needed. Remember the INDENTS MATTER. You want to be able to make sure that the structure of your paper is strong and logical. The topics for each paragraph should be clear.

NOTE: You must discuss at least 3 of the Principles of Democracy from Mr. Bitran’s Class as applies to Clinton’s analysis of the state of freedom and human rights.
